Terms of Use

Prototype notice. By using the Vozimi prototype you agree to the following.

Prototype software

Vozimi is provided as a prototype, "as is", without warranty of any kind. It is intended for evaluation. Do not rely on it as your sole system of record; keep your own backups. Your data is in your Google Sheet, which you can export at any time.

Accounts

You must register with a valid email and verify it with a one-time code. New accounts are reviewed and approved before access is granted, and we may decline or suspend accounts at our discretion, including for misuse. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the entries you create, for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, and for complying with the terms of the third-party services involved (OpenAI, Resend, Razorpay, Cloudflare).

Acceptable use

Do not use Vozimi for unlawful purposes, to store others' data without consent, or to attempt to disrupt the service. You must have the right to enter any information you add.

Payments and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed through Razorpay, our payment gateway. By subscribing you authorise us and Razorpay to charge your selected payment method for the applicable fees, including any recurring charges, until you cancel. Prices are shown on the pricing page and may change with notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Taxes may apply. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of paid features. All payment data is handled by Razorpay under their terms; we do not store your full card or bank details.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Financial figures

Cashflow, profit and projection figures are calculated from the data you enter and are for your convenience only. They are not financial, tax or accounting advice. Verify important numbers with your accountant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors are not liable for any loss arising from use of this prototype, including data loss or incorrect calculations.

Changes

As a prototype, features and these terms may change at any time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
