VozimiRefund & Cancellation
Prototype notice. Pricing shown on the site is indicative and not yet billed.
Current status
Vozimi is a prototype. No payments are being collected at this stage, so there is nothing to refund. The Starter experience runs free on your own Google Sheet.
When paid plans go live
If and when paid plans launch, the following will apply:
- Free trial: paid plans begin with a trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends.
- Cancel any time: you can cancel from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds: if you are charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will refund it. Partial-period refunds for voluntary cancellations are at our discretion.
- How refunds are issued: payments are processed by Razorpay; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
- Your data: cancelling never deletes your data. It remains in your own Google Sheet.

Contact the project owner with your account email and the charge details. We aim to respond within a few business days.
